Tenzir

Tenzir is an ambitious startup with the vision to substantially improve the security of computer networks. Our primary focus lies on network forensics: the systematic investigation of cyber attacks with big data analytics. Right now, we are building the next-generation solution to empower cyber security teams: intelligent decision support and automated forensic capabilities to defend against the complex threat landscape of tomorrow.

Our current mission involves transforming a research prototype, developed by one of Tenzir�s co-founders during his PhD program at UC Berkeley, into a full-fledged product for commercial use. The goal is to enable security teams to quickly locate attacks, analyze them interactively, and then neutralize them in a targeted fashion. This is how we help reduce the billions of dollars in damages annually which result from industrial espionage, data exfiltration, and insider abuse.
