AUTHADA – Solutions for a fast and secure customer onboarding We are a Cybersecurity startup in Darmstadt and are moving in the exciting area of digital identities. We currently offer the most disruptive online identification for financial service providers, insurers, telecommunications providers, eGovernment and eCommerce. As early as 2013, our founders at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences conducted research in the areas of secure communication, encryption and identification in the digital space. The support of the founding program EXIST-Research transfer, awarded by the BMWi, enabled us to transfer from research to the economy and the foundation of AUTHADA GmbH in May 2015. With AUTHADA, the smartphone becomes a reader for the identity card – a revolution for existing identification procedures. Mobile, fast and secure legitimation is provided by the NFC interface on the smartphone. This enables potential customers to conveniently identify them with eID and PIN anywhere and around the clock – the electronic identity of the identity card (eID) is transmitted in ten seconds and certified by the Federal Office for Information Security. Personal data is encrypted at all times, including for AUTHADA, and is deleted immediately after transmission
