The Annual CIFI Security Summit takes place all over the world, Asia, Europe, Australia & North America. These summits are both conferences and exhibitions bringing together leading security experts from around the globe to discuss Cyber Intelligence, Digital Forensics, Cyber Security and Cyber Investigations. This is the only event of its kind that will run simultaneous streams addressing issues and trends, case studies and demonstrations from global business leaders as well as an exhibition.

Swiss Cyber Storm is an international IT security conference in the domain of cyber attacks and defense. On the management and tech track, international experts talk about the latest findings, techniques, visions, opinions and lessons learned. To complement the talks, the conference features the opportunity to link with the swiss finalists team of the European Cyber Security Challenge. Swiss Cyber Storm provides a lot of room for the networking with national and international experts.

The Winter School will take place between 19-25 January 2019 and will feature two tracks:

BSidesCbr is a conference designed to advance the body of Information Security knowledge, by providing an annual, two day, open forum for discussion and debate for security engineers and their affiliates. We produce a conference that is a source of education, collaboration, and continued conversation for information technologists and those associated with this field. The technical and academic presentations at BSidesCbr are given in the spirit of peer review and advanced knowledge dissemination. This allows the field of Information Security to grow in breadth and depth, and continue in its pursuit of highly advanced scientifically based knowledge.

Following last year’s success, Insomni’hack returns for 2019 with two days of (at least) 2 tracks of conference.
2 days training will also take place from the 19th of March.
As usual, the CTF will be running the Friday 22nd of March in the evening. The teaser will be on the weekend of the 19th-20th of January 2019.

CrikeyCon is a community-led conference targeting those with an interest in information security around South East Queensland and beyond.
The informal style of the event is designed to facilitate knowledge sharing between all participants. CrikeyCon consists of presentations and demonstrations by industry professionals, security wizards, and enthusiasts alike.
CrikeyCon is run on a costs recovery basis, with surplus funds donated to worthy registered charities in the greater Brisbane area.

Devopsdays is a worldwide series of technical conferences covering topics of software development, IT infrastructure operations, and the intersection between them. Each event is run by volunteers from the local area.
Most devopsdays events feature a combination of curated talks (see open calls for proposals ) and self organized open space content. Topics often include automation, testing, security, and organizational culture.
