Symposium on Information and Communications Security (SSTIC)
Jun 13 – Jun 15 all-day
Symposium on Information and Communications Security (SSTIC)

The SSTIC deals with all areas of information system security.

The conference favors technical and / or scientific contributions, but those relating to legal, regulatory or organizational aspects can also be retained.

Without being limiting, the technical themes are:

hardware security (architectures and components, electronics, embedded systems, etc.);
system security (operating systems, low-level software, etc.);
software security (languages, static analysis, offuscation, etc.);
network security (protocols, telecoms, etc.);
reverse engineering techniques;
analysis of offensive means (exploitation and post-exploitation techniques, intrusion test, malware analysis, etc.);
defensive tools for security;
applied cryptography;

Hack In Paris
Jun 25 – Jun 29 all-day
Hack In Paris

Intrusion attempts are more and more frequent and sophisticated, regardless of their target (state or corporation). In this context, international hacking events are multiplying. A few events took place in France but until now, no one had covered hacking practices with a technical approach including both professional training and information aspects.

Hack In Paris aims at filling this gap. After the success of the latest edition with more than 650 attendees, this 5 days corporate event will be held for the eighth time in France, at the La Maison de la Chimie. Hack In Paris attendees will discover the realities of hacking, and its consequences for companies. The program includes state of the art IT security, industrial espionage, penetration testing, physical security, forensics, malware analysis techniques and countermeasures.

15th Conference on Detection of Intrusions and Malware & Vulnerability Assessment (DIMVA)

The annual DIMVA conference serves as a premier forum for advancing the state of the art in intrusion detection, malware detection, and vulnerability assessment. Each year, DIMVA brings together international experts from academia, industry, and government to present and discuss novel research in these areas.

DIMVA is organized by the special interest group Security – Intrusion Detection and Response (SIDAR) of the German Informatics Society (GI). The conference proceedings will appear in Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series.

Cybersec Expo @ Global Expo
Jan 17 – Jan 18 all-day
Cybersec Expo @ Global Expo

Cybersecurity ceased to be a distant technical problem, important only for IT departments, and it became an integral part of companies’ strategies and their continuity – “to be or not to be”. We realized that cyber security would be one of the key challenges for the next decades. The total losses of the public and private sector in the world resulting from cybercrime are estimated at 1% of global GDP. Analysts predict that by 2021, these losses will amount to more than USD 6 trillion annually. Tasks are not facilitated by the low supply of cyber security specialists on the labor market.

All this creates a huge demand for comprehensive cybersecurity products and services. There was a need to create a platform for companies and startups, offering products and services of the cyber sector, as well as for small and large companies from various industries, which more than ever need effective protection against a constantly evolving threat. We have created CYBERSEC EXPO for all of them!

CYBERSEC EXPO 2019 is an international two-day trade fair of cybersecurity products and services that gather suppliers, users and cyber-security enthusiasts from around the world.
