The Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams is an international not-for-profit organization bringing together a variety of security and incident response teams. Today, FIRST is comprised of over 360 member teams from over 80 countries representing government agencies, academia, commercial enterprises, and financial corporations. ECCWS 2018 is organized in conjunction by the University of Oslo (UiO) and the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI). UiO was founded more than 200 years ago, and is the oldest and highest ranked university in Norway. NUPI was founded more than 50 years ago and is Norway’s leading research institute in the domain international affairs.

The 33rd International Conference on Information Networking (ICOIN) will take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which is organized by Korea Institute of Information Scientists and Engineers (KIISE) and technically co-sponsored by IEEE Computer Society and IEICE Communications Society. It has been 33 years since ICOIN originally started under the name of Joint Workshop on Computer Communication in 1986. In past thirty years, computer communication and networking technologies have changed every aspect of our lives and societies. While computer networks have contributed largely to the current IT advancement, it will play a key role in new IT paradigms such as IoT and cloud computing and will be applied to various areas of the upcoming society including industry, business, politics, culture, medicine and so on. ICOIN is the most comprehensive conference focused on the various aspects of advances in computer communication and networking technologies.
The main purpose of ICOIN 2019 is to improve our research by achieving the highest capability and encourage open discussions on computer communication and networking technologies. ICGHIT (International Conference on Green and Human Information Technology) is an international conference focusing on green and information technologies oriented to humanity. Financial Cryptography and Data Security is a major international forum for research, advanced development, education, exploration, and debate regarding information assurance, with a specific focus on commercial contexts. The conference covers all aspects of securing transactions and systems. Original works focusing on both fundamental and applied real-world deployments on all aspects surrounding commerce security are solicited. Submissions need not be exclusively concerned with cryptography. Systems security and interdisciplinary works are particularly encouraged.
