CancerFree Biotech’s platform E.V.A. (Ex Vivo Avatar) uses a proprietary culture system and AI image recognition to expand circulating tumor cells from just 20 mL of blood into 3D tumor organoids. These organoids drive personalized treatment by facilitating drug sensitivity testing and identifying the most effective drugs for each patient. By testing therapies directly on patient-derived cells and conducting proprietary organoid analysis, E.V.A. generates personalized screening reports tailored to each patient’s unique tumor profile. E.V.A. also supports pharmaceutical companies by validating drug efficacy on patient-derived cells and identifying the most promising candidates for clinical trials. The organoid screening data offers early insights into drug efficacy, reducing the risk of late-stage trial failure and helping to select the best-in-class therapies. Additionally, as a more physiologically relevant model, E.V.A. eliminates the need for traditional cell line and animal testing, producing more accurate and clinically predictive data.
